Discover how proper nutrition is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
Our personal consultation provides the guest with the basis on which to undertake a journey that leads to a healthy and balanced relationship between food and their body.
The food programme follows the directions of the Italian guidelines and the major European scientific societies and is based on the Mediterranean model, which has UNESCO heritage status.
Practical advice on physical activity to be performed based on gender, age and individual physiological and pathological conditions will also be provided.
The three refreshment points inside the park will offer a selection of products specially designed on the basis of these principles.
