Thermal Park opening 2021: new rules, same high-quality service
Dear guests and friends,
After more than a year and a half, the thermal park is finally reopening to the public!
We are happy to welcome you to the park starting on Saturday, June 12th to offer you the attention, professionalism, and friendliness that we always have.
Due to the pandemic, we have been obliged to make some organizational changes to our business, which we will try to implement in the utmost simplicity and safety.
All swimming pools and saunas, as well as the beach, will be available to our guests.
PARK SERVICES WILL ALSO REOPEN
- The exclusive Health and Wellness Center;
- The reservation of private cabins and rental of towels;
- The opportunity to take advantage of our bar and restaurant services at Il Fauno;
- Our Boutique, or shop, where you can find beachwear, newspapers, and tobacco.
Everything will be offered while ensuring the utmost safety of our guests.
SOME PLACES WILL REOPEN STARTING JULY 1ST
The Grotta del Vino and Caffè a Mare snack bar will reopen to the public starting on July 1st.
ENTRANCES AND RESERVATION OF SPOTS
Access to the park, albeit partially limited compared to the past, follows the simple methods that have always existed, with the purchase of daily tickets and block of passes.
Once a ticket has been purchased, the staff will provide assistance in choosing the spot to be occupied based on existing availability.
Given the unique scenario we are currently living through, even more than in the past, guests will be allowed to occupy only one spot for the entire day, be it in the park or on the beach.
With respect to promotions, this year’s innovation concerns our passes, which have been improved using the new Exclusive formula, which allows you to book a reserved spot, in the park or on the beach shore for a period of 6, 12, 15, 20, or 30 consecutive days.
You can purchase this type of pass directly online through a platform that can be accessed at www.giardiniposeidonterme.info or our website, as well as the park ticket offices that are open every day from 9 to 6:30 p.m.
OUR RECEPTION PROTOCOL
In a delicate and unique time such as this one, we have decided to adopt a safety protocol shared by all staff in order to guarantee hours of relaxation in maximum safety, peacefulness, and serenity.
