Children from 0 to 11 years are not allowed in the thermal baths. They have access to two safe and comfortable swimming pools, the beach and the outdoor pool filled with sea water.
As the pools are completely emptied and cleaned daily, we ask our guests to leave them at least half an hour before the park closes.
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our pools and to prevent skin flakes, hair and other dirt that can come off the head from getting into the pools, bathing caps are compulsory in the pools.
We recommend that you always wear comfortable shoes, preferably not high heels, as we are in the middle of nature with many stone steps and paved paths.

- All children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the thermal baths.
- Yelling or singing loudly, as well as the use of CD players and/or radios without headphones is not permitted.
- Ball games or other disruptive or safety-endangering games are prohibited.
- It is desired that all guests always use the changing rooms.
- Dogs and other animals (including small ones) are not permitted in the park.
- Shower gels and shampoos are only permitted in the showers in the indoor pool and in the Giardino delle Rose.
- You must shower before entering the pools or the natural sauna. Bathing caps are compulsory in the pools.
- The admission ticket is personal and may not be passed on to third parties.
- It is not permitted to reserve deckchairs or sunbeds for yourself or others. For two people there is 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers and, if they are still available, a flat lounger.
- For any use of the deckchairs, parasols and sunbeds, please always contact the staff responsible.
Gastronomy
Three bistros in the park offer the best of Mediterranean cuisine, all kinds of culinary delights.
Credit cards
Admission tickets, in the restaurants and bistros, in the boutique, in the health centre – you can pay by credit card everywhere. We accept VISA and Master Card.
Children
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the thermal baths: they can use the seawater pools, the artificial and natural beaches.

In the snack bar “Caffè a mare” and in the self-service “Il fauno” there is free wifi access.
Cabin hire
It is possible to hire private cabins and/or bath towels/robes. Please contact our cash desks or the secretariat in the Wellness Centre.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the wellness centre.
Boutique
A boutique where you can buy daily newspapers, magazines, tobacco products, souvenirs and all kinds of bathing equipment and utensils.
Lockers
Lockers with wristband-activated locks can be used at the two cloakrooms to store items and clothing included in the admission price.
Parking area
There is a large car park for cars and motorbikes (extra charge). Parking is free of charge in May and October (except at weekends).
Television room
A pleasant TV room with all Sky Channels: so you don’t miss any of your favourite programmes.
People with motor disabilities
There are barrier-free paths through the park. We can organise a chauffeur-driven electric car service on request. In some pools there are electric lifts to get into the water.
We strive every day to ensure that a day spent in the Poseidon Gardens means relaxation and time for yourself without thinking about anything else.

No. A ticket for the whole park is required to access the health centre and the beach.
Yes, you can buy a ticket for the adjacent beach called „Poseidon Beach Club“ at the park’s ticket office. This beach is usually open from mid-June to mid-September.
Bring any equipment you need for swimming (swimwear, towel, sarong or bathrobe depending on the weather, bathing shoes, etc.) Bath towels (€ 5 + € 5 deposit) and bathrobes (€ 10 + € 30 deposit) can be rented at the ticket office and at the health centre reception desk.
Yes, guests are free to choose their spot. The only exceptions are our VIP terraces and spots that are marked reserved. Our staff is happy to help you find the perfect spot for your day.

We advise against all thermal treatments for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. After that, short thermal baths at medium temperatures (28°C-36°C) are allowed if there are no complications with your pregnancy. Saunas and hydromassage baths are not recommended.
In any case, we recommend consulting your doctor before enjoying the thermal spa.
Our thermal springs are of volcanic origin. The water contains a high concentration of mineral salts, including bromine, iodine, chloride, sulphate and other alkali minerals. It also contains traces of magnesium, iron, and calcium, as well as the particularly beneficial noble gas radon. Further information on the composition of our thermal water can be found here.
