finally here we are, from Saturday 22 April we are open again!
USEFUL INFORMATION SEASON 2023
GREEN PASS – VACCINATION PASSPORTS
You no longer need a vaccination passport or certificate of recovery to access the park.
ACTIVE SERVICES
All our services are active: the thermal and seawater pools, Kneipp pools, the Natural Sauna - Turkish bath, the beach, the HEALTH & WELLNESS Centre where you can enjoy massage therapy and esthetic treatments as well as thermal aerosol.
The 'Il Fauno' bar restaurant and the 'Caffè a Mare' snack bar will also reopen, both in self-service mode.
Starting mid-May, the third refreshment point, the traditional wine cellar 'Grotta del Vino', will also reopen to guests.
Of course, those who wish can rent towels and bathrobes, as well as private cabins, at the entrance ticket desk or at the HEALTH & WELLNESS Centre. For deposits, payment in cash is required and will be returned upon return. You are therefore asked to bring cash.
This also applies to the pass bracelets required for access to the park, for which a deposit of € 5 must be paid. From this year, these bracelets will also be enabled to open and close lockers, at no extra cost.
Completing the offering is the Boutique, the in-house shop where you can find beachwear, clothing, newspapers, tobacco products and the necessary bathing caps to worn while in the pools.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Although the health emergency related to the pandemic is now over, we urge everyone to follow the following recommendations:
- sanitise their hands frequently;
- maintain adequate distancing between people.
The extension of the park, between terraces and avenues surrounded by greenery, will provide the necessary space to avoid any overcrowding.
It is also recommended that guests:
- not occupy more than one spot/station;
- use a personal towel for seating.
ACCESSES
Accessessing the park is simple. You need only to follow the same steps as before:
- purchase day passes and season pass carnets directly from our ticket offices (preferably in advance), although no reservation is necessary;
- Once you have purchased your ticket, you can choose your spot according to daily availability.
To avoid unnecessary crowds at the ticket offices, a counter will be available on the homepage of our website that will show the number of passes still available in real time.
RESERVED PLACE
Those who want to choose their favour spot in advance can take advantage of the EXCLUSIVE formula, which allows you to reserve a spot in the swimming pool area or on the beach in front of the park for a single day or for multiple consecutive days.
Reservations can be made up to the day before entry, directly online through a platform available at www.giardiniposeidonterme.info or on our website, as well as at the park's ticket offices, which are open every day from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
