At the Poseidon Gardens, the mosaic of thermal baths, sun, sea and environmental beauty enhances our individual medical-rehabilitative treatment and leads to a person's complete and lasting wellness.

Every day special attention is paid to ecology in all its aspects, in order for the thermal activity to best live alongside environmental protection.

  • Untreated waters which are always refreshed and the complete cleaning of the baths

    The thermal waters are in no way treated with chemical products, to ensure our customers get water of the highest quality.
    The water inside the baths is continuously refreshed throughout the day; at closing a team of specialised operators will, until late into the night, empty and thoroughly clean the baths. At this point, other operators will fill and quality check the temperature of the water, to ensure that everything is working perfectly for reopening.
    A daily task, that's painstaking and very expensive, performed in respect of the environment and to ensure a higher quality of water to the park's many visitors.

  • Native plants, natural fertilizer and organic pesticides

    The new plants we choose are always typical of the Mediterranean scrub, so as to enhance the bond with these extraordinary places.
    The vegetation is treated against pests using completely natural products, such as nettle teas or other, always organic remedies. Similarly, the fertilisation of the soil is always done using organic products, the result of the composting of green waste from pruning.
    The respect for the environment is reflected in an environment that's clean, free of "poisons" and in the repopulation of many animal species: bats, butterflies, crickets, various species of birds, dragonflies, etc...

  • Sun loungers and beach umbrellas in natural materials

    The raffia sun loungers and beach umbrellas that characterise the Poseidon Gardens, positioned around the edge of the pools, outside the dining areas and on the beach, have always been made with natural materials by local craftsmen.

  • Abolition of plastic and packaging

    We have abolished the use of plastic bottles, plates and cups, wrappers for pizzas and sandwiches.
    The agreements with our suppliers provide for the return and recycling of their packaging, in order to avoid them becoming "disposable". Thanks to these and other small choices there has been a significant reduction in the amount of waste.
The Poseidon Thermal Gardens implement an integrated Management System for the quality and the environmental certificate according to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, to operate more efficient and systematic business processes, in order to satisfy customer expectations and ensure the continuous improvement of environmental performances.
